The challenge
AMAD Media is a Palestinian news publisher that has been online for 19 years. The newsroom needed to publish faster and with less manual work, on a modern platform that can carry nearly two decades of archive.
What we did
We built a custom news platform and control panel with AI built into the daily workflow. It includes an AI News Assistant that finds trending stories and drafts them in AMAD's own editorial style, and a site monitor that gathers stories from trusted sources for review.
The result
- 540,000+ published articles on the new platform
- 526,000+ archive articles brought across from the old site
- An AI News Assistant that rewrites stories in the house style
- 1,000+ readers on the site at the same time (live figure, 30 Sep 2026)
