How we use AI automation at Innovision Design & Development
We build AI automation for other businesses, so it is fair to show how we use it in our own. This page explains, in plain words, what we use today and where people stay in charge. We do not claim results we cannot show.
What we use today
Website audits and PDF reports
When we look at a business website, a tool helps us check it on a phone with a standard Google speed test. We read what it finds, check the main points by hand and write a short report in plain language. The PDF is kept in our private admin, so we always know which version a business received. The tool measures. A person decides what matters and what to say.
The outreach panel and follow up timing
A private admin panel keeps the list of local businesses we may contact. It prepares the first email and each follow up from texts we wrote and approved, suggests when a follow up is due and reminds us each day. It sends nothing by itself: a person reads the message and clicks Send. Every email carries our name, our postal address and a clear way to stop receiving messages, and the panel never emails someone who has unsubscribed.
The analytics dashboard and Content ideas
Our dashboard brings together visits from Google Analytics and searches from Google Search Console. A page called Content ideas lists the searches that showed our website on Google, marks the ones about AI and suggests whether to improve a page we already have or to write a new article. These are suggestions only. We decide, we write, and nothing on the website changes until a person approves it.
First drafts
We use AI assistants to help with first drafts of articles, page text and posts, and to help build and test our own tools. A person reads every draft, checks the facts and edits the wording before anything is published.
Our rule: people approve what customers see
AI can prepare, sort, measure and suggest. It does not send a message, publish a page or speak to a customer on its own. Anything that reaches a customer, a prospect or a visitor of our website has been read and approved by a person first.
What we do not do
- We do not let a tool send a message by itself.
- We do not publish results or numbers we cannot show.
- We do not hide that a tool helped. If AI helped with a draft, a person still stands behind every word.
