Our own growth platform: the engines behind every Innovision website
This is what we run for ourselves at Innovision Design & Development. Six engines show us what visitors search for, what to write next, who to contact and how we protect privacy. Every picture on this page comes from our local test site and uses made up sample data. The pictures of our own searches use example numbers, so nobody should read any number here as an Innovision result, and no real visitor, prospect or client is shown.
What we can set up for your business
- Analytics dashboard
- Ranking monitoring
- Content ideas
- Article packages
- Consent setup
We can set up these five for your business. What we set up depends on your website and your goals, and we agree it with you first. We do not promise rankings or results.
The outreach suite is our own tool for now. We do not offer it to clients.
Website analytics
One dashboard shows how visitors use our website. Google Analytics and Google Search Console feed its cards, and key events such as contact requests are tracked in the same place. Microsoft Clarity shows us where visitors get stuck, and it is read in Clarity itself, not on the dashboard. We also verify our website with Bing Webmaster Tools and tell Bing about new articles through IndexNow, but Bing is not a card on the dashboard.
What we can set up for your business: Analytics dashboard. We can connect your Google Analytics and Search Console in one dashboard and agree with you which key events to follow.
Ranking monitoring
The same dashboard shows how Google sees the main topics of a business: clicks, times shown and average position. A table follows each topic for any location, Canada, Ontario and Windsor, and a top pages card shows which pages Google sends visitors to. When no search of a kind showed us, the table says Not seen instead of guessing.
What we can set up for your business: Ranking monitoring. We can set up the topics that matter for your business and check them on a regular rhythm. Rankings change, so we never promise a position.
Content ideas
Content ideas turns real searches into a to do list: which page to improve and which article to write. Each search gets a priority, Quick win, Grow, Polish or Watch. Searches about our own brand or about another company are set aside, and we mark each idea To do, In progress, Done or Ignored.
What we can set up for your business: Content ideas. We can turn the real searches for your website into a clear list of page improvements and article ideas, with priorities. The history tools in the next part are part of the same offer.
Tracking progress over time
Content ideas does not only show where a search stands today. It also shows how each search is moving, so we can tell whether our work is helping. This needs Google Search Console to be connected.
Priority labels
Every search gets a label that tells us where to start. Quick win: shown on the second or third page of Google, so a small improvement may bring clicks. Grow: shown far down the results, so it needs a stronger page or a new article. Polish: already on the first page but nobody clicks, so we improve the title and the description. Watch: everything else, so we keep an eye on it.
Compare with the period before
Choose the last seven days, the last twenty eight days, the last three months or your own dates. Switch on Compare and every search shows how it changed against the period just before, of the same length. A green up arrow is better and a red down arrow is worse. For the position a lower number is better, so a search that moved up the results gets a green arrow. One button sorts by the biggest improvement.
A position line for each search
Each search that was shown often enough gets a small line of its Google position, day by day. Higher on the line is better. A green mark shows the day we set the search to Done, so we can see what happened afterwards.
Weekly snapshots
Every Monday a copy of every search is saved: its numbers, its priority and its status that day. The Snapshots view lets us pick a past week and look back. The copies are made from real Search Console numbers only, never from sample data.
Download CSV
One button saves the searches you see as a CSV file, with the filters and the sorting you chose, so the list can be opened in a spreadsheet or shared with a team.
Part of the Content ideas offer: The period picker, comparing, the position lines, the weekly copies and the CSV download are part of the Content ideas offer. We can set them up for your business, and we agree the details with you first. They show what happened, and we never promise a position.
Article generation
Each article is prepared as a package: title, search description, focus keyword, author line, questions and answers, social posts and image text. We import the package into our admin area, and an SEO analysis checks the title length, the description, the focus keyword and more before anything is published. Articles can be scheduled, images get descriptive text, and when an article goes live we tell search engines through IndexNow. First drafts are written with AI, and a person edits and approves every article.
What we can set up for your business: Article packages. We can prepare article packages for your website, checked against our SEO rules and approved by you before they go live.
Prospects and outreach
For our own sales we keep a private list of businesses. A quick website check records measured weak spots, a short PDF report is prepared, and the first email is written for the type of business. A person reads it and clicks Send, so nothing goes out by itself. The next follow up date is set about five days after the first email and about a week after the first follow up, a daily reminder shows who is due, and every email carries our business name, our postal address and an unsubscribe link, as the Canadian anti spam law asks. Anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed again.
The outreach suite is our own tool for now. We do not offer it to clients.
Consent and privacy
Our cookie banner asks first. Necessary storage keeps the site working, and analytics and marketing stay off until a visitor chooses. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after consent, Clarity does not run on our admin pages, and form fields are masked in its recordings.
What we can set up for your business: Consent setup. We can set up a cookie banner and consent choices for your website so tracking waits for a yes. This is a technical setup, not legal advice.
How we build websites
The look of our own website is the look we build for clients: navy bands for the headings, light cards for the details, and gentle motion that helps without getting in the way. Cards rise into view once as you scroll, lift a little when you point at them with a mouse, and a soft light follows the pointer. Nothing moves for visitors who prefer less motion.
About the pictures: they come from our local test site and use made up sample data. The numbers are example numbers for illustration, not our actual results. We never show real visitors, prospects, emails, phone numbers or client data.
